Recycling Made Simple

Here at Mackay Recycling, we offer a 10-cent refund for most aluminium, glass, plastic, steel and liquid paperboard beverage containers between 150ml and 3L. To check if your containers are eligible, see if they display the 10c refund mark on their packaging. You can also search the barcode through the Containers for Change eligibility checker.

We cannot accept undersized or oversized items, or containers that have held milk, wine, pure spirits or syrup. In most cases, you can still recycle these items through the yellow-lidded kerbside collection bins. For more information, please call our friendly team on 0433 146 625.
